Ramberget
Centrally located in Hisingen is Ramberget. The whole mountain is a park that from the top gives you a fantastic view of the river, the harbor and the whole of central Gothenburg from the other side of the water. Bring a picnic and enjoy the view.
Älvsborgsbron – The Älvsborgs Bridge
The highest bridge over Göta Älv is called Älvsborgsbron. You can either cross it by car, bicycle or by walking. On the west side you get a great view of the harbor entrance and the sea, and on the east side you see the whole of Gothenburg and the inlet of Göta Älv.
Masthuggskyrkan – The masthead church
On the south side of Göta Älv up on a mountain is the Church Masthuggskyrkan. Sit on the wall and soak up the fantastic view of the river, the Älvsborg Bridge and the harbor entrance.
Heaven 23
In Gothenburg’s largest hotel, Gothia Towers, there is a restaurant and bar called Heaven 23 at the top. From there you get a fantastic view of Gothenburg and all the way out to the sea. Take the glass elevator outside the hotel, enjoy a drink and something to eat while watching the sunset in the west.
